The Community Development Department oversees marihuana facility licensing for the City of Saline. On this page you will find relevant maps and applications for medical and adult use marihuana facilities.
For the most up-to-date information on our ordinances, please review our City Code and consult our Community Development Director.
How To Apply
Please review the applications below. We strongly encourage you to consult with the Community Development Director prior to applying.
When you are ready to apply, please provide one hard copy and one digital copy of the application packet, and two hard copies of the 24x36" plans. Please note that for an application to be considered complete, it must also include the materials for a special land use and site plan review with your license application submittal.

Below are maps showing the parcels with the correct zoning for the various types of permitted Marihuana Facilities. Click on each image to enlarge it. Please note that there are additional buffering requirements from City parks, schools and from other marihuana facilities. A proposed marihuana facility in an appropriate zoning district does not guarantee that it meets all City requirements. Please contact City Staff ahead of applying to confirm that your location meets the buffering requirements.
