Our Code Department will begin citing for long grass starting May 1, city code states grass should be no longer than 7 inches in height.
  1. An easy trick to see if your grass is too long is to measure it against your smartphone. If your grass is longer than your phone then it is time to start mowing.
  2. We are completing our spring hydrant flushing this weekend (April 27 - 28). We will be in the southern and western part of the city. Thank you for your patience while we complete this essential maintenance activity. As a reminder, please avoid doing laundry while we are flushing to avoid staining your belongings.
