National Flag Football: Experience the Difference
Flag Football
Join National Flag Football, a developmental NFL FLAG football league designed to teach and inspire.

Practices are conveniently held one hour prior to games, making flag football the perfect sport for families with a busy schedule.

Who: Exclusively for boys and girls in pre-kindergarten - 8th grade, no experience necessary
Where: Saline Middle School - Crabtree Field
When: Games and practices hosted on Sunday, season begins in September

Jujitsu
Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu is a traditional Japanese martial art which stresses self-discipline and individual development.  Students will increase their strength, flexibility, coordination, and mental awareness of self-defense through rigorous training of the mind and body.  This is an excellent program for all ages regardless of size, strength, or weight.  Sessions are 4 weeks long and classes run on a continuous basis.  Sign up and join anytime.

Children's Jujitsu
Age: 5-13 years. Children's Jujitsu is an excellent program, that stresses individual improvement of self-discipline and mental concentration.  This non-contact class will help students improve their strength, flexibility and coordination while learning kicks, punches, falls, forms and much more.  This class runs continuously in the Multipurpose Room.  Instructors: Sensei Foster and Sensei Stewart.

Adult Jujitsu
Age: 14 years and up.  Do you want to improve your physical conditioning, mental concentration and ability to defend yourself? Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu will help you accomplish these goals while learning kicks, punches, falls, forms and many other techniques. Instructors: Renshi Hollis, Sensei Leach, Sensei Stewart & Sensei Foster

 Youth Tennis Lessons
 
Students will learn forehand, backhand, footwork, serve, volleys and rallies. The instructor reserves the right to switch a student's class based on skill level. 

Students must wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Students are encouraged to bring their own tennis racquets and to wear sunscreen and sunglasses.

Classes will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Any classes that are cancelled will be made up the following Friday of the missed class.

Youth Soccer with Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development and covver skill building. Coaches positively impact children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Staff's expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. Soccer Shots provides ongoing communication with parents. All sessions take place at Miller Field located behind the Rec Center.

There is an additional annual registration fee $25/year.
