JUJITSU
Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu is a traditional Japanese martial art which stresses self-discipline and individual development. Students will increase their strength, flexibility, coordination, and mental awareness of self-defense through rigorous training of the mind and body. This is an excellent program for all ages regardless of size, strength, or weight. Sessions are generally 4 weeks long and classes run on a continuous basis. Children's Jujitsu
Age: 5-13 years. Children’s Jujitsu is an excellent program, that stresses individual improvement of self-discipline and mental concentration. This non-contact class will help students improve their strength, flexibility and coordination while learning kicks, punches, falls, forms and much more. This class runs continuously in the Multipurpose Room. Instructors: Sensei Stewart and Sensei Foster.

Adult Jujitsu
Age: 14 years and up. Do you want to improve your physical conditioning, mental concentration and ability to defend yourself? Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu is a traditional Japanese martial art which will help you accomplish these goals while learning kicks, punches, falls, forms and many other techniques. Classes are continuous and meet in the Multipurpose Room. The enrollment fee is for 4 weeks of classes 2 times a week. Instructors: Renshi Hollis, Sensei Leach, Sensai Stewart & Sensei Foster.

Uniform Information
A uniform (Gi) is not required to attend the first class. Students can wear shorts or athletic pants along with a comfortable shirt. For more information on uniforms and how to purchase a Gi, please contact the instructor!
