The City of Saline is excited to offer residents an easy and secure way to view, print and pay their bills online. We support electronic presentment (viewing) and billing because it is more convenient for our residents and better for the environment. Use of a charge card will incur a non-refundable convenience fee. The City of Saline receives only your bill payment amount.

Convenience Fees
There is no convenience fee when using an Electronic Check.
The convenience fee amount is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your credit card statement.

Avoid Penalty
- We do not accept postmarks as proof of timely payment.
- Verify with your financial institution for timely processing of electronic payments.
- Dropbox payments collected daily weekdays by 4 PM.
- Payments are due by 5 PM on due date.

Pay In Person
To pay in person, you can drop your payments in the City drop boxes located in the City Hall parking lot and the parking lot behind Comerica Bank.

Using the System
It is very simple. Here are the 3 steps taken by customers:
- Customer accesses the account via the biller website and clicks on the “View or Pay Your Bill” button.
- Customer views invoice and enters payment information.
Payment
There are no signup costs or subscription fees. There is no convenience fee when using an ACH transfer (electronic check) from your checking or savings account. The non refundable convenience fee when using credit cards is a percentage-based or flat rate fee that varies depending on the card type and the bill you are paying. The convenience fee is automatically calculated based upon the type of credit card used and the dollar amount of the bill being paid and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing.
There are fees for returned payments, and your bank may charge you a fee based on the bank's fee schedule.
