Architectural Description: This is a two-story Dutch Colonial Revival style house with a front gambrel roof. There are shed wings with dormers on the sides (north and south sides of the second story). The house is clad with red brick on the first story and clapboard siding on the second story. There is a full width front porch with a flat roof, wood supports and balustrade. The porch roof seems to have been modified since the 1994 Survey, when it was described as a hipped roof. A brick chimney is on the north elevation at the rear of the house.

History: This house was built in ca. 1894. The house was owned by James E. Rogers, who was listed as a farmer on Ann Arbor Street in the 1894 City Directory. The house stayed in the family until 1947 when it was sold to Elmer Cammett (Kosky & Glynn). This house had several owners after Mr. Cammett.
