Architectural Description: This house is a one-and-one-half story Queen Anne style house with cross-gables, set on a stone foundation. It has a side entry porch and a bay window on the south elevation.

History: According to the 1994 Kosky & Glynn Survey, this house was built in ca. 1910. Local historian Robert Lane believes that this house is much older; possibly dating to 1840; further deed research will be necessary to add to the history of this home. The house is shown on the 1912 Sanborn map. The 1910 and 1920 census shows Charles Fahner and his wife Lydia living at this location. Charles was listed as a carpenter. The 1926 Saline City Directory indicates Lydia as being a widow. She remained in the house through 1947 (Kosky & Glynn).
