This house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as part of the North Ann Arbor Street District.
Architectural Description: This is a two-story, gable-front Italianate style house with Gothic Revival style wood window lintels and a Greek Revival-style cornice. The original porch is no longer present and the original siding was covered with stucco in the early 1900s. There is an enclosed entry porch with a shed roof on the south elevation. There is a one-and-one-half car, gable front garage at the rear of the house.
History: Built in ca. 1869, this house is known historically as the Bartlett-Miller House. Kate Bartlett, the widow of Julius Bartlett, lived there from 1920-1944 and Arthur and Ruth Miller owned the house from 1944 to sometime after 1994. The house seems to be on the 1872 Bird’s Eye View Map of Saline (Kosky & Glynn).
