Architectural Description: This is a two-and-one-half story, side gabled Folk Victorian style house with a gabled dormer in the center front roof. The wrap around front porch contains wooden supports and spindlework details. The house has clapboard siding and the majority of the windows are one light over one. There is a one-and-one-half story shed roof addition on the back (east) side of the house and a two-and-one-half story, gable front barn behind the house, located on the southeast section of the property. The barn was built at the same time as the house. It has wood siding, a wood sliding door, and a small window in the gable peak.

History: This house was constructed in ca. 1880. The first known occupant was Minnie Tower (widow of Frank Tower). Minnie was listed in the 1920 Saline City Directory as living at this address. According to the 1880 U.S. Census, Frank and Minnie had previously lived in Lodi Township, with Frank's occupation listed as a farmer.
