This house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as part of the North Ann Arbor Street District.

Architectural Description: This is a two-story, gable front and wing Folk Victorian style house, with a gabled dormer in the center of the wing roof. There is a partial-width front porch with wrought iron supports, balustrade and railing. A two-story gable-front livery barn (now used as a two-car garage) sits in the rear of the house (Kosky & Glynn).

History: In the 1994 Kosky & Glynn Survey, George and Marie Bernard were listed as he first owners of this house, which was built ca. 1913-16. The Bernards lived in the house through 1952, when it was purchased by Richard Heller.
