Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story, clipped gable-front vernacular house with a full width enclosed porch. There is a one-car garage in the rear.
History: Elmer Blumhardt built this house in 1938. He lived in the house until 1947, when it was sold to Clarence Girbach. The porch was enclosed in 1957 (Kosky & Glynn).
