Architectural Description: This is a gable front and wing, Folk Victorian style house on a concrete block foundation. The gable is two stories in height and the wing is one-and-on-half stories. There are two gabled dormers on the wing section. The dormers and the windows on the house are topped with Italianate lintels. There is a partial width front porch on the wing section with wood supports two entry doors.

History: This house was built in ca. 1880. The Kosky and Glynn report suggests that the house was later moved to this location. Herman Bredernitz owned the house in 1947; earlier records of the structure have not been located. This section of North Ann Arbor Street is difficult to document because it was previously considered outside of Saline City limits.
