Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story, side-gabled, Tudor Revival style house with a concrete block foundation and modern windows. There is an aluminum awning over the front entry and another over the side door. A one-car, gable front garage with a paneled door sits at the rear of the house.

History: Herman Bredernitz and his wife Martha built this house in 1944. They were also the owners of the house at 417 North Ann Arbor.
