Architectural Description: This house is a Minimal Traditional Ranch style house, much like its neighbor (see 220 South Ann Arbor).
It has a side-gable roof and a front gable wing, featuring a large picture window.

History: This house was built in 1949 by Vern Osterhout. Daniel and Irene Grub were residing here in 1954 (Kosky & Glynn).
