Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story Colonial Revival Cape Cod house with an addition on its south side, containing a gable with flair roofline. An addition to the north side of the house was added sometime after the 1994 survey. Additional changes include newer siding, roof and windows, and the elimination of window shutters. The center entry has a small gabled roof and a stoop porch. See the link below for more information on this style, commonly built in the 1930s.

History: According to the Kosky and Glynn Survey, A.G. Richards built this house in 1933.
