Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story, Colonial Revival Cape Cod style house. It has a symmetrical façade with a center entry door that is flanked by double hung, shuttered windows (a pair of windows to the south of the door and a single double hung window to the north). There are two gabled dormers on the roof on the east-facing façade. A one-story addition is on the north elevation and a side entry porch is on the south side of the house. The house is set on a concrete block foundation and is clad in aluminum siding that was added in 1963. There is a detached one-car garage with a gable front at the end of the driveway to the south.

History: According to the Kosky and Glynn Survey, Bernard and his wife Lydia Brooks probably built this house in 1933. The Brooks then sold to Harvey Kluwe, who lived in the house until at least 1963.
