Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story, Minimal Traditional style house. The front façade has a gable and portico entry. Since the 1994 Survey photo, new windows, front door and vinyl siding and roofing have been added to this house. There is a detached two-car garage on the north rear side of the property.

History: Mr. and Mrs. Johnson built this house in 1946. At the time of the 1994 survey, the Johnsons were still residing here. The Study Committee Report from 2007 states that the front entrance, patio, kitchen and garage were remodeled in 1968.
