Description: This Craftsman style house is one-and-one-half stories, side-gabled and has a front full width enclosed porch with modern windows. There is a centered front gable dormer with a ribbon of windows. The house has been remodeled since the 1994 survey, to include modern windows that are three lights over one, a newer Craftsman style front door, wood shingles on the upper story and the addition of brackets in the front gable. There is a shed roof rectangular bay and a brick chimney on the north elevation.

History: Alvin Burkhardt and his wife Lena built the house in 1927. Mr. Burkhardt was listed on the 1940 U.S Census as a bank cashier. The Burkhardts lived in this house until at least 1947 (Kosky and Glynn).
