Architectural Description: This is a two-and-one-half story, vernacular Queen Anne style house with a hipped roof and lower crossed gables. Each of the gables contain fishscale shingles and a small, square fixed window. There is a full-width porch wrapping around to the east elevation. The porch has round columns resting on stone piers, with a plain wood balustrade between the columns. The west elevation contains a bay and an oriel window on the first story. There is a two-car garage that was built much later than the house, which is located at the east rear of the lot, facing Mark Hannah Court. There is no information on the construction date of the garage. There have been appropriate exterior alterations since the 1994 survey, including the removal of aluminum siding, which revealed the wood siding and fishscale shingles in the gables.

History: This house was dated to 1910 on the 1994 Kosky & Glynn Survey, with Fredrich Sellen listed as the original owner. According to the 1900 U.S. Census, Fredrich lived on West Henry Street with his wife Satie and his young daughter Eva, although the census does not give the address. Fredrich and Satie may have lived in this house prior to 1900. By 1910, Mr. Sellen was widowed, and in the 1920 census, he was remarried to Julia, living at 107 West Henry Street.
Mr. Sellen's occupation was listed as a "creamery manufacturer and a shipper of butter and eggs." Eva and Addison Fletcher purchased the house in 1947.
