Architectural Description: This is a one-and-one-half story Williamsburg Colonial Revival style house. It has a symmetrical façade that includes a center portico entrance with paired supports flanking the entryway on the stoop porch. There are two gabled dormers on the roof that accentuate the symmetry of the house. Dentil molding can be seen under the cornice line.

History: Paul and Bina Lee built the house in 1941. Paul was listed in the City Directory as the manager of the Rackham building.
