Architectural Description: This is a two-story, Dutch Colonial Revival style house. It has a gambrel roof and continuous shed dormers across the front (south) and rear elevations. There is a one-story, flat-roofed sunroom on the east elevation with brick posts and a wood balustrade on the roof above. A door on the second story leads to the porch over the sunroom. The house is clad with brick veneer on the first story and wood shingles on the second story. The wood shingles and window trim have been repainted in a different color scheme from what was present at the time of the 1994 survey photo. The front door is centered on the façade and is surrounded by a hood roof and brick supporting columns on either side of the stoop porch. There is a detached one-car garage in the rear of the house.

History: This house was built in 1928 on the same location that a previous house existed. Julius and Clara Bredernitz were original owners. Historical records indicate that Julius was the manager of the Saline Mercantile and Clara was a bookkeeper (Kosky & Glynn).
