Architectural Description: This is a vernacular, two-story, cross-gabled, Queen Anne style house. There is a full-width porch on the front of the house that wraps around to an entry door on the east elevation. On the south-facing façade, a small peak can be seen on the porch roof. There is a one-story addition to the rear on the east elevation, with a side entry door. The front (south) and east porches have been updated with newer wooden entry stairs, porch railings, supports and balustrades. Alterations since the 1994 survey appear to include the addition of the shutters, new siding, windows, and roof, and complete re-configurations on both front and side porches.

History: The 1994 survey indicates that this house was built in ca.1910, and that Anna Wolper owned the house from 1914-1935. Later occupants included Ward and Pauline Ernst, followed by Frank Karn.
