Architectural Description: This is a two-story, gable front and wing Folk House. The porch across the front wing section contains brick supports and a solid brick balustrade under a shed roof. There is a one-story addition to the rear of the house, also with a shed roof. Modifications since the mid-1990s include newer windows, shutters, front door, siding and roof.

History: This house was built in ca. 1900. Known occupants include James Gregory and his wife Rachel, who were the owners from 1906-1920, and Fred Stephensen (1931-47).
