Architectural Description: This is a two-story, gable front Folk House that has been converted into apartments. There is a ground level, covered entry porch on the east elevation, with a stairwell leading to an additional entry on the second story. Both of these porches contain wood railings and balustrade.
A full height lattice covers the lower level porch and stairwell on the front (north) and east sides. This house has a stone foundation and aluminum siding. Alterations since the 1994 survey include the addition of the porch lattice and front window shutters.

History: This house was built in ca. 1894. George and Mary Dell lived here in 1894 and they probably built the house. After George’s death in 1935, Mary continued to live here until 1947. H.C. Dell owned the house after Mary’s death (Kosky & Glynn).
