Architectural Description: This is a gable-front Folk House. Two stories in height, it has a symmetrical front façade with a stoop porch leading to a center entry door. There are wood stairs, railings, and balustrade on the porch and a shingled gable front roof covers the entry door. Both the porch and porch roof have been altered since the 1994 survey; the porch roof now has a higher peak and bracket supports. There is a one-story addition on the west elevation.

History: The house was built in ca. 1895. Known occupants include Mary Niethammer, who lived here from 1899-1916. John Mayer lived here in 1920, followed by Christine Rentschler lived here from 1926-1941 (Kosky & Glynn).
