Architectural Description: On the 1994 Kosky & Glynn Survey, this house was classified as a one-story Folk Victorian house and was visible on the 1872 Bird’s Eye View of Saline. The house has an east addition (added in 1956) with a gable front roof, while the core of the house has a hipped roof. There is a partial-width front porch with square column supports, resting on a wood frame balustrade. The gable front addition contains a modern picture window and the remaining windows are in a one over one configuration. There is a small entry porch on the west side to an adjoining apartment.

History: Previous occupants include William and Elizabeth Dell, who lived in this house from 1916-1935. William’s brother, George, lived two houses to the east at 207 West Henry during this same time. The 1926 City directory listed William as janitor at Saline Union High School (Kosky & Glynn).
