Architectural Description: This is a one-story, vernacular, Colonial Revival style house. There are two distinctive eyebrow dormers in the roof on the façade that have been painted white. A cement stoop with wrought iron railings leads to a center entry door with a hood roof. There is a one-car garage attached to the house.

History: This house was built in 1940. The builder/architect is unknown. Mrs. Rosie Woodbridge owned the house in 1947. Subsequent owners included Charles Osgood and Howard Kuhl.
